Poachette rings — they're not just for making perfectly round poached eggs, you know. Try this pair for sourdough crumpets, fluffy pancakes, well-shaped Yorkshire puds, individual cheesecakes or anything else that needs to keep a circular shape. Made of durable steel, they have a non-stick coating for quick and easy food release. And they're dishwasher-safe for fuss-free cleaning.
How to use poachette rings
- Fill a frying pan or saucepan with 2cm of boiling water
- Add the rings and break an egg into each ring
- Simmer for 2-4 minutes depending on the size of the egg or whether you prefer soft or firm poached eggs
- When cooked, remove each egg from the pan using a turner. Place eggs onto hot toast and remove rings gently.
